In order to be eligible to be on the CAAMP provider's list, one must meet all of the following criteria:
(1) Receive certification by a CAAMP/NAMA approved program;
(2) Receive 4 sessions of supervision by a CAAMP/NAMA approved supervisor; and,
(3) And, must hold or fulfill one of the following:
      a) hold a clinical license, such as Psychiatrist, Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, an intern of such licenses;
      b) have group facilitation experience for several years;
      c) work a minimum of 18 hours, no less than three (3) months, under the supervision of a clinical supervisor or a CAMS-II, III, IV or V.
